Losing Interest After Sex

I’m (31m) back into dating after breaking it off with my fiancé 7 months ago. We had been together for 5 years.

I’ve seen about 4 or 5 girls in the last 3 months and the same thing happens every time. I start catching feelings in the initial messaging stages that develop further after the first or second date. Around this time is when we have sex, which has been great every time tbh, however afterwards I feel less than disinterested. I no longer look forward to texting them or seeing them.

Not really sure what my question is here. Perhaps I need to do some more healing and self-discovery post break up, or maybe I need to wait longer before having sex so I can get to know the person better. I guess I’m wondering what other people’s thoughts or experiences are on this.
