Maintaining interest on dating apps until an actual first date

I (25m) matched with (25f) who seems to check all the boxes for me. Educated, keeps busy with school and work, friendly and down to earth, and of course attractive. Now of course I want to meet her in person because that's the only way I ever know if I'm truly interested or just romanticizing some online pictures and chats.

I asked her roughly 3 days after some pretty casual and somewhat infrequent conversation, but I think it's overall been good (I don't really wanna message all day anyway, it's not my thing and borderline impossible with my job). So I shot my shot and asked if she wanted to just go to a park and take a nice walk in the nice weather. She responded at like 8pm saying she didn't see the message until later because she's doing some kind of nursing certification class online that's an all day commitment. Didn't bother me, I've done similar online certifications. She said she would do this next weekend if she could.

I have a full work week of trying to find conversation that isn't too run-of-the-mill "how has your day been" or "tell me about your job" conversations. How do I keep the online spark going to better the chances of her having more interest to meet up sometime? What do you all do? I plan on asking again regardless of how the week goes, but obviously I would rather keep talking prior so that it doesn't feel as out of the blue for her.
