making the first step

Hi. About 10 days ago, a tinder match gave me (19M) her (19F) snap. We’ve been talking pretty much everyday since and I want to ask her out to lunch or something. Obviously with the whole quarantine things are kinda difficult rn. She’s also about an hour away so we’d probably meet in the middle. Any advice about how I can ask her out / should I with everything that’s going on? Thanks
