So basically to make it a long story short, my bestfriend and his wife have been arguing constantly lately and it has gotten so bad to the point where he kicked her and the kids out.
Now, I’m his bestfriend I would of never thought that his wife would of moved in with me. My family has a nice decent house and I am currently the only one that lives upstairs. She went straight to my aunt and asked if she can move in. In which my family has said yes as long as she pays rent. It’s weird having my best friends wife in the room over to me. I’m a simple guy I don’t really mind. It’s just the thought of it.
He kicked her out but now he finds himself calling her all the time. I’m his friend so I feel like I’m involved in something I don’t want to partake in. But my name gets mentioned a lot.
Ever since she moved in, her and my girlfriend has gotten really close. Girls are always going to stick together. Now I find myself in a weird position with my girlfriend. She is most likely covering for his wife, now I just think that when my girl wants to be sneaky – his wife will cover for her. I’m not insecure, it’s just past relationships and also I found certain things that were questionable on her phone before.
What kind of advice I can give him and his wife? They want a divorce but this isn’t the first time they argue this bad.
Secondly do you think my girl would become more sketchy by having another female empowering her?
Lastly , if I was to move out and remove myself from the situation would that work?
