The title says it, basically.
Him (15M) and I (15F) have been acquaintance-friends for 2 years, pretty good friends for around 6 months. We both don't normally talk unless it's in class (we share English and Maths, and those conversations are pretty awesome). We’re both introverted but I'm the more social type whereas he's pretty antisocial. We’re both generally quiet people.
We don't share any hobbies really except for Minecraft, and though we could be playing that together, we’re not used being in a Discord call with just us two. Usually we play games in groups (like 6 people in a call) but our friends have been trying to make it so it’s just us two in a call.
Every time we’re moved into a call and it’s just us too, it gets really awkward from all the silence and he says after 15ish seconds ”this is really awkward”. I was also the one who asked him out, and I don't know if he went out with me because he liked me too, or just a ’shot’. I'm afraid he's going to lose interest soon and break up with me if this continues.
Our friends got us two and other friend in the call so that friend would ask us date questions for us, but we both told him to not and he left the call. Then it got awkward again until he joined again.
How can I solve this issue? Any advice is taken.
