They say we tend to look at the past through rose-colored glasses when it comes to our relationship with an ex.
My ex actually was pretty fantastic. We made wonderful memories together and did no harm to each other. In fact, we had one of those soulmate-level connections and changed each other’s life! Then I found out my career was suddenly moving me out of the country.
Not gonna lie, I have been missing her lately. I would hug and squeeze the heck out of her right now if I could (she used to love that).
