My GF Won’t Speak To Me

So I (20M) have been dating (20F) for some time now and we’ve been friends for about 2 years now so we’ve gotten a chance to know each other’s “dark” sides if you will. My gf has this issue of running away if she’s upset and she has been leaving me on read for a couple hours (or if I’m upset at her). Reason being, I had my sister’s wedding earlier in the evening and afterwards (due to impulse) I had gone to a party I got an invitation from a close friend days ago. However, she hasn’t spoken to me the entire time I’ve gotten to my friend’s party later in the evening and idk why she’s ignoring me. I feel as if she’s upset about me going, yet I’ve informed her about what I was doing and I didn’t engage in any promiscuous activities but a 4-game pong streak ???(Holla at ya boi) All jokes aside, I’m more so anxious and naive so if anyone could guide me I’d appreciate it. 🙂
