Need advice. Still a virgin at 28.

I am a 28 year old virgin. I am fat. 5 feet 7 inches and 218 pounds. I have never been on a date, kissed, or had a girlfriend. I'm the odd man out in my family. My mom is married. My brother is on his third girlfriend at 23. My step brother is on his third girlfriend at 25. My step sister is on her first boyfriend at 23. When we have family get togethers they never even ask why i dont have a girlfriend. Not that I'd want them to because i wouldn't answer anyway, but it's like they dont care at all. Can anyone relate to this? Any advice? Thanks.
