I've never been past a first date because I had a lot of mental blockages due to depression and lack of confidence. I believe I am on the up-and-up, but I'm still way behind the curve on actually trying make connections with women.
I know what I want in a woman now, and it involves choosing the right one and having both of us put in effort into the relationship and each other's growth as people. I want to find a woman that I can have a family with because that's what I've been traveling around the world trying to find.
I'm noticing that my confidence is actually improving and it's catching more attention, but I am very naive to the dating scene; I was never able to figure it out on my own so I'm asking for any and all advice. I'm pretty good and remembering advice that resonates with me, so your words will not be wasted on me if you decide to drop some help in this post.

Oh I guess I'm 5'11" brown hair blue eyes and I have chicken arms but a great core and decent leg strength.
