One of my biggest pet peeves…people whose Facebook says they’re single when, in fact, they are in a relationship.

Just need to desperately vent about this because I've fallen for this again for like the 15th time. I have so many people in my Facebook friend list whose relationship status says single but if you go to another one of their social media accounts (even if they are active on Facebook, which most are), you will find they are in a relationship. And no, it's not like they just got into one and haven't gotten the chance to update it. Saw one today where this person had been dating someone for over two years and it still said single on their page, even though they are active on a daily basis on the site.

If you're not single, please just tag whoever you're with on your page so I don't accidentally ask you out eventually. Believe me, it just brings false hope that there actually are more single people at my age of 21 than I believe there are.
