Screwed up yet again :/

Had three awesome dates with a solid 8.5/10. One of my friends tried to hook us up a year ago but I didn’t have the confidence. On the third date we had sex and the vibe just got weird after that. I got the “let’s take things slow text” and had a double date a few days after and she barely regarded me. Where did I go wrong? Later after questioning myself my friends kept telling me she really liked me still but just still wanted to go slow. FF a week and I got a text from her saying “I don’t think I can give you the time and attention you deserve” then my friend said “ she just hadn’t bad relationship in the past and just wants to know this is right” I’m at a loss if I should keep pursuing her or not :/
