She(f25) is forcing me(m29) into the bullpen and I don’t want to be rude.

There’s this girl that works at the front desk/bar of a barbershop I go to. She serves drinks while you wait for your appointment. She has very heavily flirted with me before so I left my number. We text, she ghosts, I move on. Not a big deal to me. I see her again when I get my haircut, she apologies, I tell her I don’t take it personal. She insists it wasn’t purposeful and tells me she wants to talk. I tell her ok. We text, she ghosts, I move on. She has done this over and over again. Sometimes she never ends up texting when she says she will. My issue is, I don’t want to be rude or a dick because I’m going to see her again every 3 or 4 weeks. It’s me going into her place of work and I believe it’s wrong to make anyone uncomfortable in their own space. I would have NEVER asked her out had she not dropped so many hints. So I always tell her it’s no big deal and I don’t take it personal. I eventually expect her to say “thanks I appreciate it” AND MOVE ON but it’s always “sorry I’ll text you tonight I really do like you.” She’s treating me like a ‘nice guy’ and I’m pretty sure she’s trying to keep me in the bullpen for when she’s actually ready or she wants me to stroke her ego, I don’t know. But I’m not that guy. I feel like I’m being forced into a situation because me being courteous is being taken advantage of or being confused as ‘nice guy’ bs.

Of course the shut down hits, I schedule an appointment online as things are opening back up. And guess who texts me while she’s going through the appointments. She comes on extra strong this time. I ask her if she wants to hang out. She says yes, then ghosts. No surprise there.

Appointment is next week, I honestly don’t know what to say that isn’t too rude, too personal, but gives off the impression that I’m not someone that tolerates this.

Inb4 “just be honest with her.” I do not know her, and being super up front and honest isn’t the right move here. I’m going to see her often and being that honest with someone I don’t know is not something I do. I just want something to say in less than a sentence that would give her the idea and not come off as rude. Everything I’ve tried so far has failed.
