Should I ask if she is talking to other guys?

I have been messaging this girl I met on Bumble for about a month now. We want to meet up in person but can't yet due to quarentine rules. We have video called already and message frequently on Instagram or text.

I'm a bit paranoid about this situation because I also met my ex through Bumble, and after our first few dates, she revealed to me she's also going on dates with other guys. Ultimately, she chose me, but it still hurt when she told me.

I know that with my current situation, we are no where close to Official, and she has every right to be seeing other people, but I have bad anxiety and was pretty hurt the last time.

I guess I'm asking when is the right time to ask if she is seeing other people? Or is it even appropriate at all?? Like with my ex, i feel we have reached a pretty good connection, but i tend to jump the gun on these situations.
