So I went on a date with a guy from online whom I have been talking to for a month. I enjoyed myself and i think he enjoyed himself too? We stayed till the bar closed and even went off to another place which closed even later. At the end of it, he asked for a hug when we said goodbye. I said no. After he got down from the car, I drove home. In my defence, I’m not a physically affectionate person, I generally am not a hugger, I don’t hug my friends. He didnt text me afterwards to check on me.. I wouldn’t mind going out with him again.
Should I explain to him the reason why I rejected his hug? Is it a big deal? Or should I just leave it?
Info about myself: I haven’t dated in a while when my relationship ended in early Jan.
