Should I forgive a guy who sent me a video of him masturbating or is that a bad idea?

So I'm a photographer and I had a concept for a shoot I wanted to try. I reached out to this guy on Instagram that fit what I was looking for and we had the shoot. He was super cool and I had fun. Later after I gave him the pictures he starts messaging me. It was very normal at first and I liked talking to him but then in the middle of the night one night he sends me a video of him masturbating. I was extremely surprised and blocked him on all social media and haven't talked to him since October. He sent me a facebook friend request a little bit after and messaged me on there that he was very ashamed and very sorry about what happened. Since that he has periodically been messaging me but I have not replied. I was wondering if it would be a bad idea to forgive him or is this an absurd thing to do and he's probably a douchebag? Also if it makes a difference he's from the Netherlands so I think they view sex differently
