Should i go for it?

I [M22] need advice if i should go for something serious with a "friend" [F21].

Soo first of all a little background story – I know the girl for nearly 10years. We where really close friends from 2014 to 2018, then we kinda lost contact. Just met occasionally on parties and said hi etc.. nothing more. Also i have to add she had almost all of the time since i know her an boyfriend. I was once into her but then got together with another girl.. Anyways she broke up with her recent boyfriend a few weeks ago.

Fast forward to last week – she called me and asked if i want to come to a party she hosts at her place. I agreed to come. The party started with some drinks an party games. Everybody had a good time (there were like 30 people). I also talked alot with her. After a while we both were kinda drunk (not completely blackout drunk, but tipsy). She asked me if i can come with her to get smth. So we left the other guys and she lead me to her room. As she closes the door behind me we started immediatly to make out and she pulled me into her bed. We made out like 5min before some other guys were searching for us. We interupted the session and agreed to continue where we have stopped once the party is over. This then never happened due to the fact that like 15 people stayed to sleep over at the place. Next day she wrote me that she doesnt know much what happened at the party because she had just eyes for me. Since then we text on regular base..

Now i dont know if i should take her on a date or smth. Maybe she did it just because she was tipsy (but dont think so)? Or maybe because of her recent breakup? I just dont know anymore and the uncertainty kills me. (I know if i dont try my luck i will never know what could have had happened..)
