Should I reply to the girl who ghosted me?

Hi,

So I've been talking to this girl recently after I slid into her DMs ?? and we were having an actually decent convo and seemed to hit off pretty well. However, she stopped replying and basically ghosted me for about 3 days before responding and sending an apology and that she didn't mean it and way just busy with exams? Idk it just seems weird to me lol and I'm not really sure how to respond because I honestly did like her, but at that point I'd already forgot about it till she texted me right when I was about to delete her contact. Any advice?
