A guy I was seeing called it off two days ago because he said he had personal things to deal with and I replied to his text telling him I understood but that I hoped I hadn’t pressured him in any way. He replied saying that I hadn’t and to not feel bad. I wasn’t sure what to reply back so I didn’t, but now I’m wondering if that was ghosting and if I should have replied with something that was more of a final goodbye with the door open if he reconsiders when he gets personal issues taken care of. I’m kind of in a late window to do that now. Would it be weird to say something? Or would it be rude not to?
