should i start dating again? (or at least putting my self back on the scene) [question/vent?]

I (19F) HATE Tinder but time and time again i find my self back on there, only to delete it after 48 hours because i get matches but nobody talks (EVEN IF I TEXT THEM FIRST) or because it’s just a hookup or nudes (which i don’t mind what others do just not for me personally). But, how else am i supposed to meet someone in this day and age?!?! I am not saying that like everyone is bad or rude or bleh but the last person i was with(?), kind of it was like FWB it ended poorly and we met online. So my confidence has kind of depleted, in my self and in men 🙁 I WANT to put my self out there but i don’t know like how to approach it if i’m being honest… any tips or any help?
