Hi Everyone,
I guess I want to hear from guys about this. I am a single mother, and it’s difficult to meet a guy that I really like. I met this guy on an online dating app, and we hit it off pretty quickly.
He knew that I had a son, but pursued me anyways. After meeting my son, he told me that my son was very sweet! Then, all of a sudden he went MIA.
Eventually he came back around and said that it was too much for him. He said that he would love to be with me if I didn’t have a kid, but can’t take on dating someone with a child.
He said that he didn’t want to feel responsible for my child.
I was upset all day, and felt completely worthless. My sons father is not involved with us so that would never be an issue.
I make my own money, pay my own bills, and I’m a sophomore at Liberty University—studying information systems. I have an internship with SAP coming up (although that may be changed due to the Coronavirus).
My point is, I don’t need him financially. My sons father makes about 170k per year and he doesn’t have any other children. We are in court for child support right now, so that only confirms that my child will be completely taken care of.
I am extremely loving, kindhearted, giving, clean, beautiful, smart, everything you could think of, lol.
I guess my question is, why is it so difficult for single mothers to find love?
However, I meet single fathers who have no trouble finding someone.
