Singles over 30 – how do you deal with stress and stigma?

I'm wanting to know if there are any singles people over the age of 30 on here, and if so, are you happy being single? Is it something you stress about or are you confident you'll find someone? Or are you happy with the single life?

I've always been happy single, but at 31 I'm kind of freaking out a bit. In your twenties everyone is pretty single, but then it seems around the age of 30 everyone starts pairing off and marrying. This wouldn't bother me so much except I feel like once people get on the marriage/kids/mortgage bandwagon, friends take a backseat and childfree friends even more so. I feel like I'm staring down the abyss of spinsterhood where I'll be some lonely stereotype..

I hope I'm not offending anyone, if you're happy with your life I 100% support you, but I'm increasingly struggling with the stigma of being single and not meeting the usual milestones of adulthood.
