Something odd i noticed at my boyfriend’s house. Or is this kind of thing normal?

My new boyfriend is kind of weird.

I've been dating this guy for a few weeks, not to get political but he's kind of a conspiracy theorist. He's always talking about how the government is spying on us. And how some of the recent tragedies are plots by the government to introduce…something. I don't even know.

But he's cute and kinda funny too, so i let that side slide. I thought it was just a Gimmick or something. But he invited me to his house. For the first time. He's got a large property. Kind of a farm-ish. But he's also got a huge fence and one of those automatic gates. So i walk in, he's actually got 2 security cameras around the outside. I just ignored it, and knocked on the door. Now, he knew what time i'd come, i got there right on time. He shouted "Who Is it?!" and i told him it was me, he actually opened the door slightly to make sure it was me. Then he let me in.

Just a few things odd i noticed in his house, but he's got black-out curtains that were completely closed and he had FOUR locks on his front door. 2 Deadbolts, one on the knob and then one of those chain locks. He let me in and the first thing he did was lock all of them. Then we talked like normal. We kissed a little but not much else. I went to get a drink and noticed a lot of, like, rations or MRE's. Those long lasting sealed meals.

I remember going to the shed and there was an extra room. The door to the room wasn't a regular door, it was a big heavy metal door and a computer monitor, it looked like he had security camera's all over the property.

I mean, i'm not totally turned off. But this is kinda odd, not something i've seen before. So…is this kind of thing normal? What's up with this?
