hello! this post is dedicated to the chinese people, more specifically: men. it's been two years since i've been interested in this chinese boy from jilin. but we've never officially talked… because of me. he's around his 20s, has a strong personality from what i've seen around his friends, and is very artistic, he has a talent for it, it's so attractive. i like him a lot. he can speak english, so the language barrier isn't the problem.
here is the true problem: i have no idea of how to make him interested on me. everytime i think of talking to him, i get shy because i think he might not like me. i'm a western, so i always think he might find me ugly because i have curly hair and western appearance. i was wondering, what are the interests of the dongbei men in girls? how can i impress him? are chinese men close minded about westerns? will i seem bold if i'm the first one to ask him on a date? i'm slowly learning chinese, i wonder if he would find it cool or just think i'm a weirdo? haha
