If you seem to be hitting a wall with trying to land any dates, your best bet might just be to walk away from asking people out for awhile. Getting constant rejections will wear down anyone’s self-esteem, more so than others.
For me, I have been rejected for reasons such as my height (5’3”) or race. I also don’t think I’m that attractive face wise (I don’t remember the last time I’ve been called handsome). I have never even been on one date yet. I’ve only had one person has had a crush on me, and it was a dude (I don’t like other men that way).
It’s awful to be rejected for something you can’t change no matter how much you wish for it to happen, but you just have to move on and find other people.
If you let your failures get to you, it’s going to bleed over in your platonic and familial relationships, and not in a good way.
Best thing you can do is just keep working on yourself. That is work on your career, find new hobbies (ones that a lot of people like if you want to expand your social circle), and most importantly, learn to be happy single/alone.
If you don’t rely on others to make you happy, that goes a long way.
Yes I would love to finally have someone not reject me based on physical features I can’t control or other things I’m not aware of that deters them, but I do so too with others so I can’t be upset when they reject me for said reasons.
