They texted me 6 months later

So this is a weird scenario and I need someone’s perspective. So I was never official with this person.

6 months ago, I sent a risky text, telling them to come over so we could “play Pokémon” but I received no response. Until 3 days ago. They said hi and wanted to know how I was doing. Which was weird timing. But I said hi, and it was weird because the next question was a bit personal. Like something only my close friends know. We do have some friend connections but it’s very light.

Anyways, I started thinking maybe this person does have some interest if they are asking people about me. So now it’s just normal chat but of course there’s that subconscious voice telling me this is just them looking for validation during coronavirus.

What do you all think? Do they want some poké balls or are they here to catch another Pokémon from boredom?
