Quick history which you can skip: we dated for a year, but apparently he was also talking to someone else at the same time. I forgave him and thought everything was fine but eventually we didn't work out. We still talked after breaking up and decided we still need to meet up and talk properly. It has been 5 months since the break up and last time we talked was a few days ago. Two months ago, I came to know that he started talking to the girl he cheated on me with and call it my gut feeling but I know they're doing well. And I am amazingly fine with that. I know that we have different values and probably the main issue why we can't work out. It still stings but I've accepted it. Also, the reason why I stopped talking to him just a few days ago is because for my sanity. I'm not a very good speaker or debater so I always get frustrated when we talk about political stuff. I did think maybe I can still talk to him regarding music or games but I have my other friends for that and he has too. I don't know if this counts as ghosting but we simply just stopped talking to each other. Maybe we still need closure but it's hard to meet up due to the pandemic. Or rather, I don't have the mental capacity to care about it for now? Haha.
So here's the small trivial problem. I'm part of his spotify family plan with his mother and brother, but only his brother knows about me. I left the plan a few days ago and I haven't told him yet. And then today, for some weird reason, his brother is following me on spotify. I did plan on telling him before I left but I thought it was too awkward so I just wanted to leave silently. Plus, he's the type to forget such things so I thought I'll just casually tell him about it when we meet up. I just don't know how to deal with this awkward situation. What's the right way to deal with this type of situation? Please help.
