Waste of my time

I've been on tinder, bumble and okcupid simulatenosly for almost 2-3 weeks. (M20) I've had more than 60 matches overall. Nothing. Plain nothing out of it. I messaged every single one and on bumble they messaged me. Got a few numbers and instagrams, some girls really talked a lot and made me feel like Ill get them on a date, but no. Nothing. Everyone just leaves me on read or unmatches the moment I try to escalate and ask them out. It's terrible. One girl accepted to go out and get a coffee and when the time to go came she blocked me. Wtf? There is definetely something wrong with me. I think I'm done trying to find someone for the moment. F this. I really put in the time and effort, and I get nothing..

Sorry for the frustration guys, I had to get it out somewhere. Can you give opinions on this? What can I do in this situation? Give me some advice if you want.

My approach to this is to quit finding someone and just focus on myself. No more chasing women. I'll keep my mind open though, and flirt with girls, since not doing anything at all might be a life sentence of loneliness. Also I'll keep the apps but not focus much on them anymore, maybe twice a day, and try to interact more with girls in real life.
