After making a post on here around a week ago, the redditors on this subgroup told me to perhaps revisit the question of “what are we” with this guy after three months of knowing him. I said something I regretted which made him say, “if you meet someone else, just please don’t cut me out of your life or push me away.”
I did not realize until the end of the call that he really cared about me otherwise he would not say that. (Thanks to reddit!) I called him up the next day to clarify and apologize, where I told him he was really special to me and that I did not want to see any other guys. I said I would delete my dating app, to which he chuckled and said he would delete his as well.
When I went on to delete the app, he was gone!!! I happily deleted my account.
I’m so happy! I hope this is as good as I think it is!!! Thank you to all that helped me!
