We were supposed to meet this weekend but something came up and he just forgot to tell me he wouldn’t be able to come. I texted him early in the day to ask at what time he wanted to meet and he called me and said he totally forgot to tell me he couldn’t come and that we could see each other during the week. Does this mean he just doesn’t care about me ?
