What should I say to ask her out on a 2nd date right now?

I M27 asked out my coworker F23 last weekend and we went out for drinks and it was a success. Texting back and fort and FaceTiming in between a few times during the week and yesterday invited me to this new bar opening up with another couple that are friends of hers. I was gonna ride with her after work since she lives like 45 min away and go to her place freshen up and then leave. Turns out the bars closed because of corona just this morning and now I'm not sure how to be like 'well do you still wanna hang' without inviting myself over to her place. I was just talking with her and she said 'since we're not going out I may stop at Home Depot and get some plants' and it just leads me to believe that maybe she just wants to chill alone. I don't know, what should I say before we leave in a couple of hours? I don't want to come off as needy or whatever, overthinking it tbh.
