What would you do in this situation?

I think this goes both ways.

Let’s say, your date, partner or whatever, doesn’t have a cell phone number. She kind of bs’s it or makes some excuse.

So you add them on social media..every convo goes dry but they say they are interested and you do see they are better in person

But your relationship is too distant, you guys only hang out like once a week or even once a month so things are really slow to the point you two are ‘friends’ at this point.

What do you do, do you move on and date someone else?
