So I was texting with someone and I already double texted a few times(of course I am the one with the penis). I don't feel sad when I double text, because it can happen.
Anyway, I asked 'any plans for the weekend?' at the end of a fun conversation that's calling for we should do something together.
I did not get a reply and wanted to wait for a few days to text again. But I realised something that she's not posting anything on her story( we are talking on insta) since we texted lately which is kinda unusual for her(if she is not posting only for 'close friends').
So I said it's the life, I was also busy and feeling bad myself so texted after a week( I see she started to follow some pages, so she's alive). But no reply again.
I am still comfortable to text something to spark a conversation 2-3 days later. However, I know there are some advices going on. "Wooo, don't text next day", "Booo, never wait more than 2 days", "Change the channel, bro!"!, which I have only instagram of her.
If she's busy or sad for something else, if I keep texting her every 2-3 days, it's gonna be over-texting. If she's open for texting but if I waited too much to text again, she lost interest…
Is there a middle-ground for this? Can we just double-text or reply back whenever we want to? I just want to follow my instinct to text-back(or for some women I just stop texting, I don't feel the vibe), can I do that? Or is there a book for it and I should follow that?
