Why does he do this?

I (24F) have been seeing this man (35M) for around two months. We have had sex and whatever but basically because of quarantine we haven’t been able to hangout. He hates talking on the phone and doesn’t want to FaceTime or anything. And he hardly texts. He made it clear that we aren’t exclusive because he doesn’t want to ‘rush’ into anything because that causes trouble. Honestly I don’t care. But then he makes these snide comments about “oh must have been your other dude” or “going to be early? You must have a date”. Then when I get upset about it and I ask “how do I know I’m the only one?“ “your the only bitch.” Is the response I get. Like WTF.

What is this? What does it mean? Should I just drop him?
