Why so many mixed signals

Had been talking with a girl for about a week and half, seemed like there could be some good potential scheduled a date for last Saturday just she asked if we could move it to This week. Anyway texting was good and the conversations flowing. Would send me videos of work, she’s a vet and works with all the cute dogies. Anyway she works a lot so I asked her what day would work the best this week and another text saying that she would watch space force( her roommate was watching it so we had already talked about it and I finished it) wasn’t expecting a response immediately but didn’t hear anything all day, however she did accept my friend request on fb. Today texted her I was a little confused since I thought we were hitting it off. Not really expecting to talk all day nor do I have the time for that but I’m just confused
