I recently turned 21 and I have started thinking hard about how I have never had a real relationship, I have had a couple of 'flings' but never anything serious. I message girls I like and I have gone out to coffee with a few girls as well but nothing ever catches on and they all seem to lose interest and/or think its more casual than I intended.
It sucks because I would consider myself decent looking and I am not a socially awkward person so I certainly try and put in the effort, most of my friends (girlfriends at least) have said I would be a good boyfriend and that it'll happen but I honestly don't know if I can be bothered trying anymore, I try my best and have gone out of my comfort zone but I feel I would save myself time and pain by just closing shop at this point and focussing on my hobbies and UNI
