He’s not a sales person.

I kinda think he’s into me, but I also know people are friendly at work, because they have to be and they definitely have to be where I bought my car. Should I just be direct and say that I think he’s cute and am wondering if he would want to talk outside of work, or should I just take it easy and small talk? I don’t want to take my car anywhere else, because I get discounts so lol
