Starting to give up on dating

27 M here. About 4 months ago I got dumped, due to several mistakes I made and being immature in the way I conducted myself throughout the relationship. Anyway, one more lesson learned. Fast forward to the present, I am starting to think no girl out there would like to date me again. I am going to start working during the night shift next month and I’m also currently studying a master’s (online) part-time. It’s going to be a new job with a great employer and I also like what I’m studying and I will have some free time but I’m not sure any girl would be down to date a guy with a crazy schedule and responsibilities like me, being so busy and not able to provide the quality time they’d want from a boyfriend. I’m starting to think that I’ll never find another person to have a connection with.

Feeling tired

Well just like my post title says I [M27] kinda feel tired and unmotivated about dating and dating apps specially. My last relationship finished about 3 months ago and I just recently started feeling better about being single again. However, I feel very unmotivated cause it seems like so much effort to go through both emotionally (casual dating/video calls) and financially (paying for dinner/drinks for a stranger) just to end up in another relationship where I won’t know if the other person will be the one I want to spend 30 or 40 years with. Also honestly most marriages end up in divorce. How do you actually deal with the fact that no relationship lasts forever but you still have to put effort to find that person you wanna share your emotions/life with?

TL;DR: Nothing lasts forever. Why do we have to go through the effort of dating and opening up and spending money for a stranger?
