It is first time I found someone I have strong feelings for and we are good friends. However, I have no dating experience and people said it's better to have dating experience. I have to date few different guys and go through relationship and breakup.
No guy seemed interested in me or asked me out. When I was young, I was shy and I didn't know it was okay to make a first move. I already graduated from college, unfortunately. Since I'm "unpopular," I figured that I'd meet Mr. Right and it will work out.
What I haven't realized was that I need to have dating experience. I really want to date my friend and it's hard to explain, but will my dating inexperience affect the relationship? I hope I'll learn from my first relationship and get experience without the need to break up.
In general, I've read plenty of relationship advice and listened to my friends about their relationships. I also have self awareness and I know what type of guy I like. I made some male friends, so that helped. Some flirted with me, and I listened to my gut. It often didn't feel right but with this guy it felt so right.
If relationship requires little dating experience, I don't want to let this guy go if I started to try dating another. What should I do?
