Is there a way to say you are looking for a serious relationship, but also that a healthy sex life is important?

Is there a way to say you are looking for a genuine relationship, but also that a healthy and active sex life is important to you?

Obviously, you are not going to bring the latter up right away, but even if you eventually do get to a stage of comfort with a prospective relationship, it still can be interpreted as taboo and red flag. When you are a guy who is bringing it up, it's usually not a good look or is interpreted to mean that you're secretly looking for a hookup and saying you want a relationship as a ruse to get laid.

It's still seems just as important to discuss in the same way what your relationship intentions are, though. There are definitely people out there who want a relationship, but aren't very sexual. There are people who are sexual, but don't want relationships. There are people who are only sexual if they find someone intellectually attractive. There are people who only sexual if they feel an emotional connection. There are people who are only sexual if they feel a physical attraction.

In short, it's not so black and white that relationships = sex life. I can only speak to my experience as a guy who dates women, but the takeaway I get is that it should be assumed that any intentional relationship will result in a healthy sex life — and yet, the other person rarely wants to talk about what that sex life looks like, and the reality is that even though two people both may want a relationship, they could have different sexual personalities and none of that will be known unless it's discussed.
