I met this guy on a dating app and we have been texting back and forth for 3 weeks. We have made plans to meet in the near future, when bars/restaurants open up again. During the last few days, he has been pushing for us to sext, to talk about what we like in bed and what I want to do with him.
I ignored these attempts a couple of times before and he apologized when he noticed that I wasn't responding to them and said that he was very horny, found me attractive and was longing for emotional and physical intimacy. He texted me late at night yesterday while I was in bed and I was really sleepy and played along with it for a few minutes before falling asleep.
He said multiple times that he was looking for emotional, intellectual as well as physical connection and not just for a hookup, but I am starting to wonder if that's really true after this happened. It feels weird to me that he would want to sext with me before meeting me but I might be wrong. Could this lead to a serious relationship?
What do you guys think? Valuable input would be appreciated (especially if based on a true story).
