When to make it official?

Hello people, how you all doing? First of all, english is not my native language, so if you see some mistakes, sorry in advance 🙂

There is this girl i'm seeing since the start of May. We have been seeing each other almost twice a week (most of times thursday/wednesday and on weekends).

We always have a great time with each other, we already had sex a couple of times and last weekend she came to my house for the first time to finish a tv series. (She didnt met my parents because they were sleeping).

But my parents already know about her and my mom always say: Are you in love? Because i know this smile (Yes, she is right haha).

She said that her parents already know about me but i didnt met yet.

So, there was this date that we went, we were already drunk and talking about relationship and she said something about: "1 month is too early to define something", but she also asked how i asked my previous ex's to be exclusive and i said that with everyone of them we entered on a consensus. Something like: "What do we have? I'm just seeing you" this kind of stuff. (And always was the girl that asked what we do we have)

Well, i'm not seeing anyone else and she said she is not also. I'm really feeling her and feeling like butterflies in my stomach.

We already treat each other almost as bf/gf

My question is, should i enter on a discussion about "what we have" kind of stuff (straight to the point) or should wait she to enter this discussion again?

TL;DR: Dont know how to enter the subject on being exclusive
