It seems the younger generations have gotten comfortable with not responding and ignoring someone, thinking they're letting the person down easier rather than just telling them what's on their mind.
How did it get to this point, and why do people actually do this/think it's a better way for rejection?
To me, it makes someone feel worse because they aren't given any kind of explanation or closure.
